CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
DESEYENER® does not offer cancellation and refunds for any of its services. If you have any concerns or questions you are encouraged to contact DESEYENER® at https://www.deseyeners.com, https://www.deseyener.com, https://www.deseyenerclass.com.
An agreement for service will be signed on the procedure day.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES FOR RETAIL
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Tweezers are all handmade and sweet spots and pressure points might be slightly different from what you ordered before, but they are all 100% tested by Anna and approved to be sent. To be eligible for a return your video must show that the tweezer is missing lashes. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Please email [email protected]to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
- Mail your returned item to our address. You will be provided with the info
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or used, example can be adhesive or lashes
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
You will receive an email once the order is shipped in which you will find your tracking number and be able to track your item and contact the carrier if any questions arise about your delivery. Once the items are shipped through the carrier we have no control over the delivery and all concern need to be addressed to the carrier. Always double-check the shipping address as it will go automatically into the shipping label.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
